I talked to another guy briefly who said he was familiar with that control and he informed me it was a several step process to set the tool length offset on it and that particular control is much less user friendly than most, but wouldn’t have time to get back with me for a while. I did a quick search and could not find it. The time now is Here is an example from my website, the G43 line sets the tool height: I believe on the 10,11 you have to set the P to all ones for the parameters. I have backed up my parameters, but how can i be sure i have got them all??
In my time I have operated a few newer machines with HAAS controls and newer Fanuc pafameter, but never programmed and rarely set them up.

Sometimes file transfer will not run, even if all the settings are correct. And what is not changing that you want to see? I have set tool length offsets on newer machines in the past, but this simple procedure seems a little more difficult for me here.
If I can learn how to operate this machine, we fahuc pick up more work, I can get more hours, and more importantly, more experience to advance my career. I understand tool offsets and on the newer machines, I never had a problem setting offsets or touching of tools when needed, but I am currently stumped how to set the tool length offset on this control.
